Lagos Life Game Login: Official Link, Sign Up, Password Reset

What is the official Lagos Life Game login link?

The official Lagos Life Game link is https://lagoslife.app. Sign-up and log-in both live on that one page, and you play in your browser. There is no separate login site and nothing to download.

The game’s Terms of Use name a second address, lagoslife.eliysites.com, next to the main one. We opened both on 7 Oct 2026 and they load the same game, so it is a genuine backup if the main address is slow. Any other address that asks for your Lagos Life login is not the game.

The game also lists its own accounts for news and support: X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and a support email. They are in the Official channels box on this page (below the article on a phone). On its own sign-in page the game says these are the only accounts it runs.

How do I sign up for Lagos Life Game?

Signing up takes about a minute and needs no payment. These are the fields in the order the form shows them.

1. Open the official site and pick the Create account tab.
2. Your name: a display name.
3. Username: this is your Sim’s name in Lagos Life.
4. Password: 8 characters or more.
5. Email: optional. If you add it, you can log in with it too.
6. Tick the box that says you are 18 or older and agree to the Terms.
7. Tap Sign up · it’s free.

The form says your Sim will live in the same Lagos as everyone else who signs up, so other real players share the city with you. The Terms add that your username, display name and profile may be visible to those players. Use a nickname, not your full legal name.

You must be 18 or older. The Terms say the game can suspend an account if it believes the player is under 18.

Once you are in, you build your Sim in five steps. The fourth is a birth lottery that gives you a LAPO or Nepo start, so you do not choose it. How to play Lagos Life explains what each result gives you and what to do in your first week.

How do I log in to Lagos Life Game?

1. Open the official site and pick the Log in tab.
2. Type your username or your email, then your password.
3. Tap Log in.

If a password is refused, tap the eye icon to see what you typed. Phone keyboards often add a capital letter at the start or a space at the end, and either can make the password wrong.

On a phone, you can skip the browser each time by adding the game to your home screen. Our install guide has the iPhone and Android steps.

How do I reset a forgotten Lagos Life password?

Tap Forgot password? under the password box on the Log in tab. The reset runs on four screens.

1. Tap Forgot password?.
2. Enter your username or your email, then press Next.
3. Answer the questions about the account. You do not need every answer to be exact, but the number of tries is limited, so go slowly.
4. Choose a new password of 8 characters or more. Any other phone that was logged in to the account is signed out.

The reset happens inside the game, with questions about your account. The sign-up form also promises that the game never sends you codes, so a message that claims to be a Lagos Life reset code is a warning sign.

If the questions lock you out, email the support address in the game’s Terms of Use, support@lagoslife.app, and give your username. Do not include your password.

Why can’t I log in to Lagos Life?

Go down this list in order. Most failed logins are one of the first three.

• Wrong address. Check that the page is lagoslife.app or the backup address above.
• Typing slips. Use the eye icon, and retype the username with no space on the end.
• Username versus name. The Log in tab wants your username or email, not the display name you typed first.
• The game is down. The Terms warn that the game can have outages and maintenance. Check the official X account before you reset anything.
• Forgotten password. Run the reset above.

If none of these work, write to support with your username and what the screen says.

How can I tell a real Lagos Life login page from a fake one?

A real page is on one of the two official addresses, asks only for a name, a username and a password, and charges nothing to sign up. A fake page usually fails one of those tests. The checklist below is ours, built from the game’s Terms and its own warnings.

Walk away if you see any of these:

• Someone asks for your password in a message, an email or a comment. No real support request needs it, and this wiki never asks for it.
• A site promises free Naira, doubled Naira or cash-out. The Terms say Game Naira cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real money.
• A seller offers accounts, or Naira sold outside the game’s own wallet top-up. The Terms ban buying or selling accounts and exchanging Game Naira for real money outside the game’s own features.
• You are told to pay first to unlock or recover an account.
• The page copies the game’s look but lives on an address you do not recognise.

Our install guide covers one more trap: fake app files that use the game’s name. When in doubt, open the official address by typing it yourself.
